本聲明說明 iPhone 版《地獄教車師傅》如何處理資料。遊戲沒有玩家帳戶、廣告、分析或追蹤工具，我們亦沒有自設伺服器收集你的個人資料。遊戲只在兩種情況下連接第三方服務：處理應用內購買（Apple 及 RevenueCat），以及載入介面字型（Google Fonts）。
儲存在你裝置上的資料
遊戲進度及設定只儲存在你的裝置上，包括：設定（聲音、鏡頭、操控、難度、畫質、師傅脾氣及 18+ 確認）、練車及考試成績、扣分統計、成就、每日挑戰、教學進度、已解鎖項目、提示次數，以及裝置的畫質測試結果。這些資料不會傳送給我們。負責購買的 RevenueCat SDK 亦會在裝置上暫存它產生的匿名用戶編號及購買狀態。
應用內購買（Apple 及 RevenueCat）
遊戲可免費下載；部分考場路線及遊戲模式可經 App Store 一次性購買解鎖，沒有訂閱。付款由 Apple 處理，我們不會取得你的信用卡或 Apple 帳戶資料。我們使用第三方服務 RevenueCat 核實購買及處理「恢復購買」。每次開啟遊戲，以及你購買或按「恢復購買」時，RevenueCat 的 SDK 會把以下資料傳送給 RevenueCat：SDK 隨機產生的匿名用戶編號、App Store 交易及收據（即購買紀錄）、裝置及 app 資料（例如裝置型號、iOS 版本、app 版本、語言設定及 App Store 地區），以及 Apple 提供給同一開發者的 app 使用的裝置識別碼（IDFV）。與任何網絡連線一樣，RevenueCat 亦會收到你的 IP 地址。這些資料用於核實購買及解鎖你已購買的內容。我們不會向 RevenueCat 提供你的姓名、電郵或其他聯絡資料，亦不使用廣告識別碼（IDFA）。RevenueCat 以資料處理者身份代我們處理這些資料。
介面字型（Google Fonts）
遊戲開啟時，會經網絡從 Google Fonts 載入介面的中文字型（Noto Sans HK）。這個連線會令 Google 收到一般網絡請求資料，例如 IP 地址、裝置及瀏覽器類型，以及所要求的字型；遊戲不會把任何遊戲資料傳送給 Google。Google 按其私隱政策處理這些資料。裝置未能連線時，遊戲會改用 iPhone 內置字型。
師傅語音
師傅的語音是預先製作的語音檔案，已包含在 app 內，直接在你的裝置上播放，不需要連線。沒有語音檔案的對白只會以文字顯示。遊戲不會使用咪高峰、不會錄音，亦不會把文字交給任何語音合成服務。你可以在設定關閉「師傅把聲」。
動作感應器
在「困難」難度，你可以轉動手機四處望，使用前遊戲會先徵求你同意使用動作感應器。感應器數據只在裝置上用來移動視角，不會被儲存或傳送；遊戲只會記住你是否已經同意。
分享及儲存圖片
當你按「分享」或「儲存圖片」，遊戲會在裝置上製作成績表或師傅語錄圖片（可包括你在成績表上的手寫簽名），再交給 iOS 的分享功能或讓你儲存。分享到哪裡由你決定，接收的平台會按其自己的政策處理內容。我們不會收到這些圖片。簽名只會暫時保留到下一次駕駛，不會儲存到裝置。
師傅脾氣及 18+ 確認
新安裝的預設師傅脾氣是「唔耐煩」：師傅會催促及挖苦你，但不會講重粗口。第一次開啟「地獄」模式（重粗口及成人笑料）時，遊戲會請你確認已滿 18 歲；確認結果只儲存在你的裝置上。這只是自我確認，不是身分驗證，也不是家長監控功能。
資料保留及刪除
遊戲在裝置上保留最近 120 次駕駛紀錄，以及最多 400 日的練車日子及每日挑戰紀錄，較舊的紀錄會自動刪除。「考車紀錄」頁的「清除所有紀錄」會刪除駕駛紀錄及統計、成就及每日挑戰，但不會刪除設定、路線進度、教學進度或已解鎖項目。刪除 app 會移除裝置上的全部遊戲資料；我們沒有雲端存檔，無法替你還原進度。已購買的項目可在重新安裝後用「恢復購買」取回。iCloud 或其他裝置備份會否包括遊戲資料，視乎你的裝置設定。如想要求刪除 RevenueCat 內與你相關的購買紀錄，請電郵聯絡我們。

This statement explains how the iPhone app 地獄教車師傅 (Hell Driving Instructor) handles data. The game has no player accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and we do not run our own server to collect your personal information. The game connects to third-party services in only two cases: in-app purchases (Apple and RevenueCat) and loading the interface font (Google Fonts).
Data Stored on Your Device
Game progress and settings are stored only on your device. This includes settings (sound, camera, controls, difficulty, graphics, the instructor's temper and your 18+ confirmation), lesson and test results, fault statistics, achievements, daily challenges, tutorial progress, unlocked items, hint counts and the device's graphics test result. This data is not sent to us. The RevenueCat SDK used for purchases also keeps the anonymous user ID it creates and your purchase status on the device.
In-App Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)
The game is free to download. Some test-centre routes and game modes can be unlocked with one-time App Store purchases; there are no subscriptions. Apple handles payment, and we never receive your card or Apple Account details. We use a third-party service, RevenueCat, to verify purchases and to handle 恢復購買 (Restore Purchases). Each time the game starts, and when you buy something or tap Restore Purchases, the RevenueCat SDK sends RevenueCat: a random anonymous user ID created by the SDK; App Store transactions and receipts (your purchase history); device and app information (such as device model, iOS version, app version, language settings and App Store country); and the device identifier Apple provides to apps from the same developer (IDFV). As with any network connection, RevenueCat also receives your IP address. This data is used to verify purchases and unlock what you have bought. We do not give RevenueCat your name, email or other contact details, and we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf as a data processor.
Interface Font (Google Fonts)
When the game starts, it loads its Chinese interface font (Noto Sans HK) from Google Fonts over the network. This connection gives Google ordinary request information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the font requested; the game sends no game data to Google. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy. If the device is offline, the game uses the iPhone's built-in fonts instead.
Instructor Voice
The instructor's voice lines are pre-made audio files bundled with the app and played on your device without a network connection. Lines without an audio file are shown as text only. The game does not use the microphone, does not record audio and does not send text to any speech-synthesis service. You can turn off 師傅把聲 (instructor voice) in Settings.
Motion Sensors
On 困難 (Hard) difficulty you can look around by turning your phone; the game asks for your permission before using the motion sensors. Sensor readings are used on the device only to move the view and are never stored or sent; the game only remembers whether you gave permission.
Sharing and Saving Images
When you tap 分享 (Share) or 儲存圖片 (Save Image), the game creates a result-sheet or instructor-quote image on your device (it can include the signature you drew on the result sheet) and passes it to the iOS share sheet or lets you save it. You choose where it goes, and the receiving service handles it under its own policies. We do not receive these images. The signature is kept only until your next drive and is never saved to the device.
Instructor Temper and 18+ Confirmation
A fresh install uses the 唔耐煩 (Grumpy) temper by default: the instructor nags and teases you but does not use strong profanity. The first time you switch on 地獄 (Hell) mode, which has strong profanity and adult humour, the game asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older; the answer is stored only on your device. This is a self-declaration, not identity verification or a parental control.
Keeping and Deleting Data
The game keeps your latest 120 drives and up to 400 days of practice-day and daily-challenge records on the device; older records are deleted automatically. 清除所有紀錄 (Clear All Records) on the 考車紀錄 (records) page deletes drive records and statistics, achievements and daily challenges, but not settings, route progress, tutorial progress or unlocked items. Deleting the app removes all game data from the device; we have no cloud saves and cannot restore your progress. Purchased items can be recovered after reinstalling with 恢復購買 (Restore Purchases). Whether iCloud or other device backups include game data depends on your device settings. To ask us to delete purchase records about you held by RevenueCat, email us.
This Website
hellinstructor.com serves static pages only, with no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes ordinary request information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages.
Changes to This Statement
If the way the game handles data changes, we will update this page and its document date.
