回報問題
請盡量提供 iPhone 型號、iOS 版本、遊戲版本、路線、發生了甚麼及如何重現；截圖或錄影可自行選擇附上。請不要在電郵中提供密碼或付款資料。
購買及恢復購買
所有購買都是經 App Store 的一次性付款，沒有訂閱。換了 iPhone 或重新安裝遊戲後，請用購買時的 Apple 帳戶登入 App Store，然後在選路線畫面按「全港通行證」或「解鎖」，再在通行證畫面底部按「恢復購買」。退款須向 Apple 申請。如恢復後仍未解鎖，請電郵給我們並說明購買了甚麼。
聲音
在設定可以分別開關「師傅把聲」、背景音樂、音效及環境聲。師傅語音是 app 內預先製作的語音檔案；部分對白沒有語音，只會以文字顯示。
師傅脾氣
在「師傅脾氣」可以揀「和諧」、「唔耐煩」（預設）或「地獄」。「地獄」有重粗口及成人笑料，第一次開啟前要確認已滿 18 歲，之後隨時可以在「師傅脾氣」或暫停選單關掉。在設定開啟「粗口消音」，粗口文字會變成 ✱，語音會改播不含粗口的版本。
進度及紀錄
進度只儲存在這部 iPhone 上。遊戲沒有帳戶或雲端存檔，刪除 app 會一併刪除進度；已購買的項目可以用「恢復購買」取回。「考車紀錄」頁的「清除所有紀錄」只會刪除駕駛紀錄及統計、成就及每日挑戰。

本遊戲參考香港街道資料及運輸署指引作模擬練習，並非運輸署官方服務，不能代替專業駕駛指導，也不保證實際考試合格。請勿在駕駛真車時使用。

Reporting a Problem
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, game version, the route, what happened and how to reproduce it. Screenshots or screen recordings are optional. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Purchases and Restoring Them
All purchases are one-time payments through the App Store; there are no subscriptions. After changing iPhone or reinstalling the game, sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought with, tap 全港通行證 (All Hong Kong Pass) or 解鎖 (Unlock) on the route screen, then tap 恢復購買 (Restore Purchases) at the bottom of the pass screen. Refunds are handled by Apple. If items are still locked after restoring, email us and tell us what you bought.
Sound
In Settings you can switch 師傅把聲 (instructor voice), background music, sound effects and ambient sound on or off separately. The instructor's voice lines are pre-made audio files in the app; some lines have no audio and appear as text only.
Instructor Temper
Under 師傅脾氣 (instructor temper) you can choose 和諧 (Calm), 唔耐煩 (Grumpy, the default) or 地獄 (Hell). Hell mode has strong profanity and adult humour; the first time, it asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older, and you can switch it off at any time under 師傅脾氣 or in the pause menu. With 粗口消音 (swear filter) on in Settings, swear words are shown as ✱ and the voice plays the clean version of the line.
Progress and Records
Progress is stored only on this iPhone. The game has no accounts or cloud saves, so deleting the app also deletes your progress; purchased items can be recovered with 恢復購買 (Restore Purchases). 清除所有紀錄 (Clear All Records) on the 考車紀錄 (records) page deletes only drive records and statistics, achievements and daily challenges.
Simulation Notice
This game simulates Hong Kong routes and uses Transport Department guidance for simulated feedback. It is not an official Transport Department service, a substitute for professional instruction or a guarantee of passing a real test. Do not use it while driving a real vehicle.
